RENTAL DEVICE RETURN POLICY

RETURNING THE DEVICE

• The Renter must return the rented device to SET at the end of the rental period, unless they choose to acquire the device according to the agreed terms; The return of the device must be made in good working order, clean and complete with all original accessories supplied.

RETURN PROCESS

• To return the device, the Renter must use the prepaid return slip provided by SET. The Renter is responsible for securely packaging the device for return to avoid damage during transport. If the Renter does not return the device within the time specified by the return slip, the return costs will be the responsibility of the Renter, and SET will not provide an additional slip.

DEVICE EVALUATION

• Upon receipt of the returned device, SET will carry out an assessment to check its general condition and ensure that it is functioning properly; In the event of damage or missing parts noted during the assessment, the Renter will be held responsible and SET may claim the costs of repair or replacement of the accessories or device that are necessary.

FEES IN CASE OF NON-RETURN

• If the Renter does not return the device at the end of the rental period and does not communicate their intention to acquire the device, SET will consider that the Renter wishes to purchase it and will claim the total amount due as agreed. in the initial rental contract.

COMMUNICATION

• The Renter must inform SET of his intention to return the device at the end of the rental period or of their choice to proceed with the purchase according to the terms of the contract.
